Monday-through-Thursday table tennis camp for 3rd-12th graders held at Shorewood Intermediate School Gym. Linda Leaf coaches — she's the only USATT and ITTF Certified Level II Table Tennis Coach in Wisconsin. Kids work through strokes, serving, spin, footwork, and the official rules. Two sections offered between late July and early August.

Five-week soccer program for kids ages 3-10 at Cumberland Elementary's north field, Mondays June 15 through July 13. Run by Spring Sports LLC. Six sections offered, so there's likely a time block that works.

Backyard-style ninja warrior games for 3-10 year-olds on Cumberland Elementary's north field, Tuesdays from mid-June through mid-July. Six sections to pick from, so there's flexibility on which week works. Run by Spring Sports, LLC.

Saturday morning kayak trip on the Milwaukee River with a Riveredge Adventure Educator, putting in at Villa Grove Park in Mequon. Two to three miles of paddling past blue herons with clear tannic water below. No experience needed. Single-person kayaks, paddles, and life jackets are provided; bring sunscreen, a hat, and water.

This is the biggest doubles beach volleyball tournament at Bradford Beach, featuring both adult and junior divisions. Expect competitive matches, prize money for top divisions, and a lively atmosphere with happy hours during the semis and finals. No membership is required, and food and drinks will be available all day. Register early as spots fill up fast!

Co-op Girls NFL Flag Football League for 2nd-8th graders, Sunday games September 13 through October 11 at West Allis Athletic Complex. Volunteer parent coaches, three sections by grade band. Feeds into the broader cooperative girls program across the North Shore.
Sunday-morning girls lacrosse clinic at WFB High School's Lubar Stadium for kids going into 1st-8th grade. Run by coaches and players from the WNS Junior Wolfpack (Whitefish Bay/Nicolet/Shorewood Girls Lacrosse Club). Beginners welcome - no experience needed. Sticks, goggles, and a mouth guard required (borrowing is possible, contact Kathleen Reid).

Four-day Skyhawks soccer camp at Lydell for 7-12 year-olds, afternoons 1:30-4:30pm. The Skyhawks program has been around 30+ years and uses a progression-based curriculum to build technical skills. Kids should bring two snacks and plenty of water.

Beginner golf camp from Skyhawks held on the Lydell soccer field. Uses the PGA's SNAG system with plastic clubs and tennis balls, so kids can actually make contact and learn form before stepping onto a course. Four afternoons, Monday through Thursday. All equipment provided; kids bring water and two snacks.

Try scuba diving at Whitefish Bay High School Pool on August 19. No experience needed, just $65 to breathe underwater.

PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience for ages 10 and up in the WFB High School fieldhouse pool. A real first try with scuba gear - learn to breathe underwater, run through basic skills and safety rules, and find out whether full certification is worth pursuing. No experience required. Wednesday evening session.
