About this event

At Braise Culinary School, this workshop lets you prepare a delicious meal of fettuccine with arugula pesto and chicken. You'll be guided through the process, ensuring you leave with a meal ready to impress your guests. The class also includes wine pairings and tastings, adding a touch of elegance to your culinary experience.

Plan your dinner party and do the prep at Braise! Students will prepare a meal for (4) to take home to serve. We’ll take care of the prep and clean up, leaving you to enjoy hosting. TOPIC - Fettuccine with Arugula Pesto & Chicken You’ll prepare lemon pepper pasta and arugula pesto (both vegetarian) accompanied with garlic herb spiced chicken. Cost: $135 per person Time: 12:45 p.m. arrival / 1:00pm workshop begins Class Length: ~2 hours Location: Classes are held at Braise Culinary School, located at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204. Braise provides all ingredients, instructions and take home containers. The class includes tastings of select wine pairings and a sampling of the dishes you’ll be preparing. Optional add-ons to complete your meal will be available for purchase, including desserts & wine.
