We will cover the how-to's of pie dough as well as the tricks to getting a flaky, crisp crust when baking with juicy, juicy strawberries. We will bake our pies during class giving us plenty of time for questions and answers and socializing with friends. In the end, you will have a delicious pie to take home. Our classes are held inside the Honeypie Bakeshop kitchen inside our sister cafe Palomino, this hands-on class will guide you through a variety of different aspects of baking and give you a peek into the life of our bakeshop. Class does have us standing most of the time and working at a table in a professional kitchen. Should you need a seated option for class, please contact us and we can make arrangements.
