Lakefront Brewery is adding a unique twist to the classic spelling bee with their Spelling Bee Showdown. This event combines spelling challenges with trivia, making it a lively and competitive evening for you and your friends. Held in the welcoming atmosphere of the Lakefront Brewery Beer Hall, it's a chance to showcase your word skills and win some cool prizes.

Beyond the fun and games, the event supports a great cause. Throughout the week, donations will be collected for the Milwaukee Public School Foundation, and attendees are encouraged to bring school supplies to contribute. With no entry fee and delicious food and drinks available, it's an ideal way to spend an evening while giving back to the community.

Spelling Bee Showdown is a new twist on the standard spelling bee competition, with a dash of trivia, cooked up by the creative minds at Lakefront Brewery! Bring your Scrabble expert friends to Lakefront Brewery Beer Hall on Thursday, May 28th at 6:30pm to test your collective spelling mastery against other skilled teams for a chance to win Lakefront gift cards. Winners of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will receive $50, $25, and $15 gift cards respectively. All week long (5/24 – 5/30), we will be offering guest donation opportunities to the Milwaukee Public School Foundation. We’re also encouraging everyone to bring in new or gently used school supplies that we will collect and donate as well! The showdown will get underway at 6:30PM, limited reservations are available, all other seating will be first come, first served. The kitchen will be serving hot and fresh eats with award-winning beverages available at the bar. There is no cost to enter and all guests must be 21+ unless accompanied by a parent.
