Take It Outside Days are a fantastic opportunity to explore Milwaukee's urban green spaces while trying out new outdoor activities. Hosted by the Urban Ecology Center, these free events are designed to introduce you to hobbies like fishing, fire building, and canoeing, with all necessary equipment provided. Welcome to your gateway to fun outdoor experiences right here in Milwaukee! Take it Outside Days are short, simple, 20-30 minute introductory experiences with gear. Drop in anytime between 10am and 2pm to learn a new hobby! Hosted by the Urban Ecology Center branches, these free community events are your ticket to discovering urban green spaces while learning outdoor recreation skills.
