This is a family-friendly yoga series designed for young children and their caregivers. Held at Healium Hot Yoga, it's a great way to introduce kids to mindfulness and movement. Each session is part of a four-part series, so consider signing up for all to get the full experience. Arrive early to settle in and bring a mat if you have one.
