Northshore Martial Arts

Improve fitness and have fun while learning the Martial Arts from North Shore resident; Phil Sauer. Phil has been a Martial Arts Instructor since 1972 and has taught at UW-Milwaukee since 1979. This program will challenge you mentally and physically; as you learn kicking; punching; and self-defense techniques that will keep you safe and fit.
