
Blue Dukes Summer Strength & Conditioning
Summer strength and conditioning for WFBHS athletes in grades 9-12, run by Coach Connor Karwowski, the school's Strength & Conditioning Coach. Four days a week (Mon-Thu) June 15 through August 27. Mirrors the year-round after-school program so athletes don't lose ground over the summer. Two sections available; contact the coach to figure out which session fits.
