Full-day camp at Cahill Park Pavilion taught by two Whitefish Bay elementary teachers, Kelly Kubicki and Kevin Lazovik. Days mix playground time, LEGO building, math games, and reading. Tennis shoes only (no Crocs or flip-flops) and kids bring a bagged lunch. Two sections across the summer.

Once-a-week junior golf league at Missing Links in Mequon for kids 9-16 who already have at least 4 hours of golf instruction and their own clubs. Semi-competitive format with weekly games, rules and etiquette work, and prizes. Wraps with a Club Championship and pizza banquet. Twenty-plus years running. Multi-day signups encouraged.

Eight-week tennis league at Cahill Courts for kids going into 2nd-12th grade who already have some lessons under their belt - not a beginner program. Run by Tennis Pro Phil Kelbe and staff. First week is skill-level evaluation, then players get grouped by age and ability for stroke work and drills. Stronger players get weekly travel matches against other local rec departments. Runs mid-June through late August (skips July 3).

Six-week running school at WFBHS Lubar Stadium for 5th-12th graders, Mondays and Wednesdays June 15 through July 22. Led by Van Bassindale, the WFBHS Boys Track & Field Head Coach. Two sections available.

Five-week soccer program for kids ages 3-10 at Cumberland Elementary's north field, Mondays June 15 through July 13. Run by Spring Sports LLC. Six sections offered, so there's likely a time block that works.

Covers child care skills (behavior, ages and stages, diapering), first aid and rescue including choking and CPR, and the business side — screening jobs, discussing fees, greeting employers. Three sections to pick from.
