About this event

Yoga Together! offers a unique opportunity for young children and their caregivers to explore yoga in a supportive and playful setting. Led by Holly from Cultivate Yoga MKE, the class focuses on physical poses, mindfulness activities, and games that encourage connection and relaxation. It's a wonderful way for families to spend quality time together while introducing kids to the benefits of yoga.

Held at Healium Hot Yoga in Bay View, the class is designed for all levels, making it accessible to everyone. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class provides a fun and engaging experience for both kids and adults. The series format allows for ongoing participation, fostering a sense of community and continuity.

Join Holly from Cultivate Yoga MKE in this class designed for little ones ages 2 to 6 and their parents/caregivers! Kids and their grown-ups will use physical poses, mindfulness practices, and games and activities to practice connecting with their bodies, breath, and with each other.
