From the organizer

We are officially kicking off a new summer tradition with the First Annual Stars Stripes and Strikes Singles Tournament. This is a USBC Certified event held right here at Bob-E-Lanes Still and we are looking for bowlers to fill the first three weeks of July. Whether you are a scratch bowler or just getting started we are running a 90% of 220 handicap so everyone has a shot at the top prize. Based on entries we are looking at a potential total purse of over $4000. The tournament starts July 5th and qualifying runs through July 19th with the top players advancing to the finals on Sunday July 26th. You can enter up to three times to try and improve your standing. We also have optional blind doubles and scratch singles for those who want to add a little more to the pot. Entry for the main event is $25. You can get all the details and reserve your spot online at http://www.bobelanes.com/sss. Since we only have six lanes these spots are going to go fast so make sure to get on the list early. Come be a part of the very first one and let’s see who takes home the inaugural title.
