Experience yoga like never before with Metal Yoga at X-Ray Arcade. This unique class combines the calming practice of yoga with the exhilarating sounds of heavy metal music. Led by Bethany Zebell from Healium Hot Yoga, it's perfect for all ages and skill levels.

After the session, enjoy a complimentary drink, whether it's a beer, well drink, or a non-alcoholic option. Plus, a portion of the proceeds goes to Courage MKE, making it a great way to support a worthy cause while trying something new. Don't forget to bring your own mat!

This is an all-ages yoga class with a heavy metal soundtrack, led by Healium Hot Yoga’s Bethany Zebell. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Courage MKE. This BYO-yoga-mat event is for all ages/skill levels and includes one complimentary domestic beer or well drink (21+) or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice (soda, seltzer, coffee, etc.)!
