Kick off your day with a unique blend of fitness and literature at SheWolf MKE. This event combines an introductory boxing class with a book club discussion, creating a dynamic morning experience. Whether you're new to boxing or a seasoned reader, the supportive atmosphere makes it easy to join in.

The Well Red Damsel leads the book club portion, focusing on "5 Rounds" by Nikki Castle. It's a chance to engage both your body and mind, surrounded by a community of women who share your interests. Remember to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout clothes.

Come join us for an intro to boxing class followed by a book club with the Well Red Damsel! 🥊📚 BOXING + BOOK CLUB = the ultimate main character morning!!! Join us for a high-energy start to your day with a boxing workout at 10 AM, followed by book club with The Well Red Damsel at 11 AM as we dive into 5 Rounds by Nikki Castle. New to boxing? Perfect. SheWolf's Intro to Boxing class teaches the fundamentals in a supportive, all-women environment so you build skill, strength, and confidence from day one. What To Bring: Water Bottle and Comfortable Workout Clothes and Shoes ****Event Agreement*** Please note that tickets are non-refundable. For the health and safety of all guests, we respectfully request that anyone experiencing symptoms of illness on the day of the event please stay home. All The Well Red Damsel events, unless otherwise stated, are 18+ only. Any children under the age of 18 will not be allowed entry to the event. No exceptions.     Arrive 15 minutes early to find parking on West Pierce Street. The lot fills quickly, and street parking can be tricky. This will also give you time to settle in before the boxing class starts.
