The Mom 2 Mom Support Group offers a nurturing environment for mothers and birthing individuals to connect and share their journeys. Meeting on the first Tuesday of each month, this group provides a space to discuss a variety of topics, from self-care to developmental expectations. Mom 2 Mom is a safe, judgement free, support group for moms and birthing people to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. - Support groups will be facilitated in English - 1st Tuesday of each month - Topics will rotate at each group and are driven by moms Topics include: - February 3: Identity beyond motherhood - March 3: Self care and emotional wellbeing - April 14: Routines - May 5: Getting out of the house - June 2: Boundaries and balance - July 7: Developmental expectations - August 4: Coparenting - September 1: Attachment and bonding - October 6: Sleep 101 - November 10: The feeding experience - December 1: Planning for the future
