About this event
Experience Milwaukee from the water with the Milwaukee Morning Paddle. This guided tour takes you through the Milwaukee and Menomonee Rivers, offering a unique perspective on the city’s landmarks. Whether you're a local or a visitor, paddling past the Historic Third Ward and under the Hoan Bridge is a refreshing way to start your day.
The Milwaukee Kayak Company ensures a safe and enjoyable outing, providing all necessary equipment and a brief paddle lesson. You'll be part of a small group, making it a personal and engaging experience. Don't forget to bring your camera for some great shots of the cityscape from the river.

Pro tips
For parents with kids under 12, the Family Tandem Kayak is your best bet. It allows one adult and one child under 12 to paddle together, ensuring safety and fun for the little ones.
Arrive 15 minutes early to get fitted with your kayak and gear. This gives you time to settle in and review the river map before the group sets off at 10am.
Who'll Be There
Likely a mix of families with children, young adults, and possibly some older adults who enjoy outdoor activities. Expect a friendly crowd that values community and outdoor experiences.
Part II · The feel
The details organizers don't always put in the description — pulled from the room, the crowd, and what people remember afterward.
Library rules. Whispers and a calm body — this is not a talking-out-loud room.
