About this event

Milwaukee Great Strides is more than just a walk; it's a powerful community gathering aimed at raising funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis research. Held at the scenic O'Donnell Park, this event invites participants to unite for a cause that affects many lives. Whether you're walking solo or with a team, your involvement helps drive the mission forward.

The event is organized by the Wisconsin - Milwaukee Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Participants are encouraged to fundraise and share their stories to inspire others. It's a day of celebration, connection, and hope, with every step contributing to a future where cystic fibrosis is a thing of the past.

From the organizer

Welcome, We are so glad you are here! Ready to lace up and join us for our annual walk to cure cystic fibrosis? By participating, you have the power to change thousands of lives. Your support helps the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation fund the research and care needed to help advance a cure for this disease. While we’ve made significant progress, we still have a long way to go. We still lose precious lives to CF every year. You can help us accelerate progress. Now is the time to act.
