Located in Wauwatosa, this session offers a beginner-friendly introduction to the craft, with all materials provided. You'll learn essential techniques like foiling, soldering, and finishing, and leave with a charming mushroom night light to brighten your home.
The class is designed for ages 12 and up, making it a great opportunity for families to create together. Safety is a priority, so participants must be able to follow instructions closely. It's a creative way to spend an afternoon and take home a unique piece of art.
From the organizer
Create your own stained glass mushroom night light and bring a little glow to your space. Available seats shown are the exact number of spots remaining. This beginner-friendly make and take features pre-cut and ground glass, so you can focus on learning the fun parts like foiling, soldering, and finishing. You will leave with a functional night light that adds a warm and cozy touch to any room. What to Expect: • Pre-cut and ground glass • Learn foiling, soldering, and finishing • All materials provided • Take home a finished night light Who Can Attend: Our classes are designed for ages 12 and up. Participants under 18 are welcome with a parent or guardian present. To keep the experience safe and enjoyable for everyone, we do ask that all participants are able to follow instructions and remain focused during the class. Stained glass involves the use of hot tools and lead materials, so attentiveness is important. If a participant is unable to safely engage in the class, we reserve the right to end their session early. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize a safe and positive environment for all students.
