Sound Bath & Labyrinth Walk returns to Lynden for its eighth season, hosted by Sevan Arabajian. An outdoor sound bath uses ambient sounds and frequencies to guide participants into deep relaxation and meditation—each experience is personal and depends on what's needed in the moment. Sevan offers words about current astrological influences before guiding a labyrinth walk after the bath. Bring a blanket or mat, dress for the weather, and arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. If weather moves the event indoors, Lynden will notify registrants.
Sound baths are an ancient form of healing and deep meditation; they include various ambient sounds and frequencies played in a space where you can hear and experience their vibrations moving through you. The outdoor sound bath lasts approximately 45-60 minutes, including guiding you to relax into the experience beforehand and out of it afterward.
