Kohl’s Family Sundays at the Milwaukee Art Museum is a vibrant day designed for families to explore creativity together. With hands-on art projects led by local artists, it's a chance for both kids and adults to dive into their imaginations. The event also features a lively fashion show by students from the Indian Community School, adding a unique touch to the day.

Live performances, including jazz and playful tunes, keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. The museum's exhibitions are open for exploration, making it a perfect day out for families. Admission is free for kids under 12, making it accessible and inviting for all.

Where will your imagination take you? Spend a fun-filled day at the Milwaukee Art Museum designed just for families. Create your own magical artworks alongside local artists John Contreras, Lisa Floading, and Ellia Ana Hill, inspired by the exhibition Gertrude Abercrombie: The Whole World Is a Mystery. Enjoy a lively fashion show featuring designs by students from Indian Community School, brought to life with music from the Indian Community School Eagle Singers. Throughout the day, experience live performances that keep everyone moving and engaged, from jazz by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Youth Jazz Ensemble to the playful sounds of The Hissy Kits. Explore even more creativity in a student art exhibition showcasing work by young artists from Woodlands School, Burleigh Elementary School, Carollton Elementary, Indian Community School, and Milwaukee Parkside School for the Arts. Drop in, explore, and make something together! It’s a day full of art, music, and imagination for all ages. This event is included with Museum admission and is free for Members. Admission is always free for kids 12 and under, thanks to an anonymous donor. Tickets are available at the door or online.
