The details

About this event

Experience a night of dynamic rock music at Milwaukee's Shank Hall with Hannan and DieveNoire. Hannan, known for their groove-oriented and riff-driven sound, has been making waves with their catchy hooks and high-energy performances. Their collaboration with Chet Roberts from 3 Doors Down has only elevated their sound, making them a band to watch.

DieveNoire brings a unique intensity to the stage, with music that challenges norms and delivers powerful messages. Their latest single, "IDGAF," is a testament to their rebellious spirit and musical prowess. This concert is a perfect opportunity to see two bands that are reshaping the rock scene.

From the organizer

In a recent review of HANNAN's "Deliver Me" Single, Arts and Entertainment magazine "Leo Weekly" summed up HANNAN by saying "Listening to "Deliver Me" by Louisville’s HANNAN makes you realize how bad we, as a record-buying public, screwed up by letting the music industry, as we knew it, die off; because this is multi-platinum album selling, sold out arena, major festival headlining, worldwide stardom-level material right here! HANNAN is one of those rare bands that click on every level. The musicianship, the songwriting, everything here is just flat out astounding. This is the perfect mix of hard rock, modern rock, and alt-rock, all wrapped up in one big groove-oriented, riff-driven package. This song could be released by a major label as is, no tweaks necessary." It was this musical balancing act of musical integrity and catchy, melodic hooks along with a highly charged stage show that caught not only a growing legion of fans but also the attention of Chet Roberts, guitarist from 3 Doors Down. After seeing HANNAN live in the winter of 2018, Chet Roberts approached HANNAN and offered to produce them. This partnership resulted in 2019's "Charm Offensive" EP and 2024's "Last Disguise" album. To date, HANNAN has released singles for "Drive", "No Reason Why", "Drama Queen", "Make up your Mind" and "Long Way Down" with the latter spending 4 months in the top 20 of the Global Digital Rock Radio Charts. The recognition and popularity continues to grow as they have now amassed over a million streams across all platforms from their latest effort. HANNAN continues to headline regional venues as well as being a much sought after direct support act for national and regional touring acts. In 2024, HANNAN continued their meteoric rise and made their triumphant debut at Inkcarceration Festival in Mansfield, OH. „If DieveNoire should be recognised as anything, it should be as an unreckonable cultural force, wielding music as a conduit for their ethos, one that scratches beneath the superficial and strikes at the cerebral. Their latest seminal single, IDGAF, delivers an intimately candid rum-soaked vignette of a soul clawing for freedom through the rebellion of living authentically, sacrilegiously in the eyes of many, yet chasing redemption through defiant selfhood. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned vocals poured into the track, spitting as much furore as the overdriven guitars, which bleed dark rock-licked distortion into an atmospherically intense production. It plays like a sermon for anyone weary of being told to fall in line, of being blinded to the fakery and hypocrisy that keeps the masses in check. With one of the most authentically infectious rock choruses of the year, IDGAF is communion for the disenchanted.
