Discover the art of ceramics in this engaging workshop at Eucalyptus and Company. Perfect for beginners, this session guides you through creating a functional matchbox from clay. You'll learn essential techniques like slab attachment, underglazing, and carving, all while enjoying a creative and supportive environment.
The workshop includes all necessary materials, and you'll have the chance to choose your own glaze colors. Your finished piece will be ready for pickup about two weeks later. With a maximum of 12 participants, it's an intimate setting where you can focus on your craft and enjoy the process.

Beginner to intermediate belly dance classes every Sunday.
This introductory clay workshop is designed for participants to complete a two-piece functional matchbox in one, 2 1/2 hour session. In this workshop, you will learn how to attach clay slabs together, use underglazes, and add texture and carve into your clay. Class participants will pick out their own glaze colors and pieces are usually ready for pick up about 2 weeks after the class! All tools, clay, glaze, and firing services are included in the class fee. No experience necessary! For those under 18: all parents or guardians will need to sign a safety waiver at drop off prior to session. All classes held at Eucalyptus and Company at 800 E Chambers Street in Milwaukee, WI.
