Gift of Wings hosts the Annual Frank Mots International Kite Festival at Milwaukee's Lakefront in Veterans Park. The event features professionally flown giant-sized kites and a grand launch of 600 kites each day at noon. The annual event is the weekend after Labor Day. Free fun for the family! Sat. open until 6 p.m.; Sun, until 5 p.m.
