Chair Yoga at the Central Library is a gentle and inclusive class designed for people of all abilities. It's a great opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive environment without the need for any equipment. The class is led by an experienced instructor who ensures everyone can participate comfortably.
Located in the Rotary Club of Milwaukee Community Room, this session encourages both registration and walk-ins, making it accessible for those who decide to join last minute. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying it for the first time, this class provides a peaceful break in your day.

Join us at the beautiful Central Library for yoga and fellowship. Registration is encouraged. Walk-ins welcome. Participants will enjoy the benefits of yoga while practicing safely and at their own pace, learning from an experienced and knowledgeable instructor. No equipment needed.
