About this event

Curiosity Crew: The Wild Side: Sensory Safari offers a unique opportunity for young children to engage in imaginative play and sensory exploration. Held at The Little Village Play Cafe, this camp is designed for 3-4 year olds and their caregivers. Over three days, children will dive into activities like a "Junior Vet Clinic" and themed sensory bins, fostering empathy and creativity.

The camp encourages children to build friendships and develop skills through interactive storytelling and creative projects. Each session is guided by a beautiful book, making learning both fun and educational. Caregivers stay involved, creating a shared experience that strengthens bonds and enhances the joy of discovery.

From the organizer

It's "The Wild Side: Sensory Safari" week >>  Get ready for a walk on the wild side!  This week is all about the animals we love.  We will set up a "Junior Vet Clinic" to care for our stuffed-animal friends, dive into sensory bins filled with "savanna grass" and "arctic ice" and practice our best animal wiggles.  It’s a week of gentle empathy and big imagination, perfect for little ones who want to roar like a lion and cuddle like a koala. --- More about Curiosity Crew:  This 3-day camp series gives children time to build friendships, continue creative projects, deepen their discoveries, and experience the rhythm of learning together in a small group. Curiosity Crew invites children to step inside their favorite stories through hands-on play, creativity, and what we lovingly call a little Messy Magic.  Each week, a beautiful book becomes our guide as we squish, splash, build, and explore together through sensory play and imaginative discovery. It’s a joyful space where curiosity is encouraged, creativity gets a little messy, and little campers grow alongside their grown-ups.
