About this event

Little Wonders for Twos: Animal Babies is a delightful program designed for toddlers and their caregivers at Wehr Nature Center. It’s a fun and educational way to celebrate the arrival of spring's cutest residents — baby animals. The event includes a reading of "If You Were Born a Kitten," an engaging animal matching game, and a festive sing-along.

The morning wraps up with cupcakes and a nature walk to spot spring babies in their natural habitat. It's a wonderful opportunity for young children to connect with nature and enjoy a playful, interactive learning experience. Be sure to register online in advance and note the parking fee for non-members.

From the organizer

Join the birthday party as we celebrate the spring birth of baby animals. We’ll read If You Were Born a Kitten by Marion Bauer and play a fun animal matching game. Toddlers will don party hats and sing Happy Birthday to the baby animals. We will finish the party with cupcakes and a walk to look for spring babies.
