The Brewery is Milwaukee's first brewpub, established in 1987 and recently reimagined at 1101 North Water Street in the heart of the entertainment district.
Located in a restored 1889 cream city brick building, The Brewery combines casual small plate dining with award-winning, handcrafted beer brewed on-site. The space features the original architectural character of the Tinicum Flats building, enhanced with a unique collection of memorabilia, local artwork, and neon signage that captures the vibe of Milwaukee's brewing heritage.
