Founded in 1972 by Joseph DeRosa with the opening of the first Chancery Pub & Restaurant in Racine, the corporation has built a reputation for friendly, fun atmospheres featuring unique decor and personality at each location. The De Rosa Corporation portfolio has expanded significantly over five decades to include Smith Brothers Restaurant and Brewery in Port Washington, Eddie Martini's upscale 1940s-styled supper club, four Jose's Blue Sombrero Mexican fusion restaurants, Seven Sisters Cafe and Cafe West contract dining operations, and ParkSide 23, an upscale farm-to-table casual dining restaurant.
