Nationally recognized sailing program for 8-11 year-olds, held at the Discovery World Lagoon on Milwaukee's lakefront. Kids learn boat rigging, basic maneuvers, capsize recovery, and water safety in actual prams. This is a creative camp for kids aged 7-12 where they get hands-on with paper mache to craft unique masks. It's a chance to learn about cultural history while having fun with art. The studio provides all materials, and the small class size ensures personal attention. Book early as spots fill up fast.

Eight-week tennis league at Cahill Courts for kids going into 2nd-12th grade who already have some lessons under their belt - not a beginner program. Run by Tennis Pro Phil Kelbe and staff. First week is skill-level evaluation, then players get grouped by age and ability for stroke work and drills. Stronger players get weekly travel matches against other local rec departments. Runs mid-June through late August (skips July 3).

Care Co. Babysitter Academy is a four-week course at Little Village designed to equip middle schoolers with essential babysitting skills. Expect hands-on training in CPR, first aid, and more, plus a chance to connect with local families. It's a great way for kids to gain confidence and responsibility over the summer.
