Students will learn various watercolor techniques to paint; weathered wood; fieldstone buildings; brickwork; clapboard siding & fieldstone to create paintings of historical buildings; warehouses; architectural treasures; barns; doors & bridges. In addition; students will be taught to paint surrounding vegetation; shrubs & trees. Step-by-step illustrated worksheets will show the procedures to complete each project. Class demos will guide the students with helpful tricks and tips. Concepts of perspective; lighting and mood will also be covered. This class is mainly for intermediate-level painters with some knowledge of watercolor painting; but eager & interested beginners are welcome. join the nurturing; fun environment.
