Five-day drawing workshop run by Young Rembrandts for kids 6-12. Each day, students draw one large poster-sized dragon using color pencils, Sharpies, markers, and pastels. Focus is on shading, texture, and dramatic color. Five completed pieces by the end of the week.

Full-day math and STEM enrichment camp at Richards Elementary for kids entering grades 2–5. Taught by WFB educators Karen Eyers and Susan Jones using Three-Act Math Tasks plus hands-on builds — water slides, boats, parachutes. Kids spend time outside, so wear active clothes and pack a peanut-free lunch.

Become a young architect at Shorewood High, July 20–23. Design buildings for extreme environments like space or the Arctic.
A second session of Lynden's Pond Voyage camp, added because the first week filled. Same raft-building, batik-dyeing, and pond-sailing curriculum for kids 6–11, July 20–24. If your kid missed the first session, this is the slot.

Dive into nature with Outdoor Detectives, where kids explore local parks and nature preserves. From hiking to fort building, this camp offers hands-on activities that engage young minds. Held at Menomonee Valley, it's a perfect summer adventure for curious kids.

Four-day orientation for incoming WFB freshmen, taught by WFBHS teacher Anna Gibson in the Library Media Center. Kids tour the building, walk their actual schedule, sign up for extracurriculars, set up their student Google Drive, and pick up note-taking and study skills. Ends with a picnic lunch at the WFB Community Garden — bring a bag lunch the last day.

Morning chess camp at Lydell for 6–13 year-olds, beginners welcome. Each day mixes a coached teaching block with guided practice, and the week ends with a non-elimination tournament so no one gets knocked out early. After School Enrichment Staff run it.
