Morning water aerobics at WFB Auxiliary Pool. Aerobic, strength, and stretch work; last 15 minutes for lap swim.
Morning water aerobics held in the Whitefish Bay Auxiliary Pool; led by certified fitness instructor Karma McMillan. The class blends an aerobic segment with strength work and stretching; and the final 15 minutes are kept open for lap swimming if people want it. This is the more vigorous of the two WFB water aerobics options — pace is steady; but the water carries the impact so the joints stay happy. Non-swimmers are welcome since the workout happens at standing depth. Three sections run across the summer at 10:30–11:45am; with the Friday session shifted to 11:00am–12:15pm. Late registrations sometimes mean a cancelled class; so signing up early helps the program run. June 15; 9am · At WFB Auxiliary Pool · $75 residents; $85 non-residents.
