About this event
Thursday-morning Tai Chi held in Room 19 at the Lydell Community Center; taught by Sandra Ingram. The program runs in two formats: a Beginner class using modified Sun Style Tai Chi (standing; slow flowing forms) and a Seated version grounded in Qi Gong principles for people who want chair-based or supported practice. Both versions emphasize the same outcomes: better balance; pain reduction; mental focus; and a quieter nervous system. The Seated track is genuinely accessible — designed for people with mobility limits; not just a watered-down version of the standing class. Thursdays from 9:00 to 10:00am; two sections across the summer. July 9-30; 9am · At Lydell School & Community Center · $36 residents; $46 non-residents.
