Introduction to Magic

Introduction to Magic is a one-off 90-minute class taught by professional magician Glen Gerard through the Shorewood Recreation Department. It runs in the Library South Room at Shorewood High School's Admin Building. The content covers the three foundational skills — sleight of hand; misdirection; and showmanship — and the tricks taught all use everyday household items; so kids can keep practicing after the class ends. Open to kids entering grades 3 through 8. Single Monday morning session. June 22; 10am-11:30am · At Shorewood High School · $20 residents; $30 non-residents.
