Mad Science: Brixology

A full week of LEGO®-brick engineering at Lydell Community Center for 7–12 year-olds; 8am to noon in Room 15. Mad Science Staff frame each day around a different kind of engineering: aerospace (assembling a space station); mechanical (boats; vehicles; mechanical animals); structural (truss bridges); plus carnival rides and drawing machines. Kids work in teams to solve a real design challenge each day; then take home a custom Mad Science build. The pace is hands-on the entire morning.
