Part I
About this event
A week-long head start for incoming Whitefish Bay High School freshmen; held in the Library Media Center and led by WFBHS teacher Anna Gibson. The whole point is showing up to day one of high school already knowing the building; the schedule; and the people. Kids tour the facility; physically walk through their fall schedule; sign up for clubs and activities; get their student Google Drive organized; and pick up note-taking and study habits that pay off for four years. The last day ends with a picnic lunch at the WFB Community Garden — kids bring a bag lunch. July 20-23; 10am · At Whitefish Bay High School · $75 residents; $85 non-residents.
