Skyhawks Soccer Camp

Afternoon golf camp on the soccer field at Lydell School & Community Center; run by Skyhawks. The curriculum is the SNAG system - Starting New At Golf - a PGA-developed approach that uses oversized plastic clubs and tennis balls so brand-new players can build technique without the intimidation of a real range. Kids work on swing fundamentals; putting; and body positioning. The simplified equipment lowers the stakes and makes the early reps actually fun. The whole point is a clean transition into real golf later. All equipment is provided. Bring two snacks and plenty of water each day. Monday through Thursday; 1:30-4:00pm. July 13-16; 1:30pm · At Lydell School & Community Center · $145 residents; $155 non-residents.
