Navigating life's uncertainties can be challenging, but this breathwork session at Peace Yoga Studio offers a path to inner calm. Led by Morgan Hallenbeck, a skilled Somatic Breathwork facilitator, you'll engage in practices that help regulate anxiety and build a sense of safety. The session is designed to support you through transitions, whether they involve grief, change, or simply the discomfort of not knowing what's next.
Expect a nurturing environment where you can explore breath techniques to reduce stress and gain emotional clarity. With space for only 10 participants, this intimate class encourages personal growth and reflection. Bring a journal to capture insights and dress in layers for comfort. There are seasons in life where clarity fades, where answers don’t come, where you’re asked to sit in the in-between. This space—while deeply human—can feel unsettling to the nervous system. This breathwork journey is an invitation to soften the urgency to “figure it out” and instead build safety within the unknown. Through grounding somatic practices, intentional breath, and guided inner exploration, we’ll support your body in: Regulating fear, anxiety, or resistance around uncertainty Releasing the need for control or immediate answers Rebuilding a sense of inner safety, stability, and support Cultivating trust in yourself and in life’s unfolding This session honors transitions of all kinds—grief, change, loss, identity shifts, or simply the discomfort of not knowing what’s next. Rather than bypassing or rushing through it…we learn to be with it. To root into the present moment. To steady the body. To remember: even here, you are held. Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort. We will take up to 10 participants for this special class, please sign up soon.To help with preparing for our breathwork sessions, we request that you sign up 24 hours in advance. Please note, we typically make the call as to whether or not class will be held (based on the number of sign ups) the day prior.
