Anthony Deutsch brings his soulful compositions on May 14th, providing a reflective musical experience. The series concludes on May 23rd with The Ukuladies, a lively group of 30 women playing ukuleles, banjos, and mandolins, perfect for a family outing. This series is not just about the music; it's an opportunity to experience the charm of the Charles Allis Art Museum. Nestled in Milwaukee's East Side, the museum's Tudor-style mansion offers an intimate setting that enhances the performances. Whether you're a jazz enthusiast or looking for a unique family-friendly event, this series has something to offer.

From the organizer

Saturday, May 9th | Enjoy a new dynamic trio featuring vocalist Julie Thompson accompanied by Gare Hofstad on guitar and Keith Watling playing a dual role as guitarist and bassist. The trio plays a repertoire of jazz standards, blues, rock, pop tunes and even traditional or well loved folk songs. Thursday, May 14th | Enjoy original music by Anthony Deutsch in Father Sky: heart-song medicine-music for the masses. Milwaukee pianist-singer-composer Anthony Deutsch has old-soul wisdom and speaks to people about matters of the heart, and the mind/body disconnect that often separates us from our own nature and from Nature. Saturday, May 23rd | The Ukuladies are taking over the Allis! Delight in a family friendly musical gathering by 30 local women playing the ukuleles, including some banjos and mandolins. From Broadway classics to contemporary favorites, there's something for everyone to enjoy!
