Through somatic movement and conscious breathing, you'll learn techniques to reduce stress, release limiting beliefs, and deepen your spiritual connection.
The intimate setting allows for a personalized journey, with only ten participants per class. You'll be guided through practices that open your body and mind, encouraging clarity and confidence. Remember to bring a journal for reflection and dress in layers for comfort. This is more than just a class—it's a step towards becoming a more vibrant version of yourself.

The Locust Street Beer Run is a quirky 1.6-mile dash through Riverwest with beer stops along the way. It's part of the larger Locust Street Festival, which features music stages, art vendors, and food trucks. Get there early for packet pickup and enjoy the lively atmosphere. Remember, you need to be 21 to partake in the beer!

This breathwork journey is designed to support you in becoming a radiant vessel—one that can hold, circulate, and sustain more vitality, joy, and expression without overwhelm or contraction. Through somatic movement, conscious breath, and guided inner awareness, we’ll gently open the body and nervous system to: Expand your capacity for aliveness and energy Release constriction or fear around being seen or fully expressed Reconnect to your body as a safe, grounded container Activate clarity, confidence, and embodied presence This is not just about “feeling good.” It’s about becoming the version of you who can hold more of life. Come as you are—and allow yourself to open, receive, and rise with the season. Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
