Through slow, intentional breath, grounding practices, and gentle somatic awareness, we’ll support your system in: Downshifting out of stress and mental overload Releasing accumulated tension and sensory fatigue Restoring a felt sense of safety and inner quiet Reconnecting to clarity, focus, and ease This is a haven for those navigating high-functioning anxiety, burnout, or chronic busyness. You don’t have to push through here. You get to exhale. Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
