The MKE Chess Scholastic Chess Club is a fantastic opportunity for young chess enthusiasts to gather and learn in a friendly environment. Hosted at the West Milwaukee Community Center, this weekly event is designed for K-8 students to enjoy the strategic game of chess while making new friends. Each session includes a short lecture by chess coach Edgar Talayko, making it both educational and fun.
