Midwest Harmony Region 3 is one of over 20 regions of Sweet Adelines International worldwide, made up of parts of Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, spanning an area from South Bend, IN in the east to Madison, WI in the west and all the way down to Peoria, IL. Midwest Harmony currently has over 700 members in 18 choruses and over 30 registered quartets.
