Pro tips
Parking near Shank Hall can be tricky on weekends. Try the lot on Prospect Ave, just a block away, for $10. It's less crowded than the street parking on Farwell.
Shank Hall is known for its intimate setting. For the best sound, stand near the mixing board in the center of the room. It's where the sound is balanced.
Who'll Be There
Expect a mixed crowd primarily consisting of adults in their 30s to 50s who have a fondness for 80s rock music, along with younger attendees who enjoy classic rock and tribute performances. Likely a casual, laid-back group looking to enjoy a night out.
Part II · The feel
The details organizers don't always put in the description — pulled from the room, the crowd, and what people remember afterward.
Live amplified sound, no guaranteed seats. On your feet the whole time.
