Chuck Stebelton—poet, Wisconsin Master Naturalist volunteer, and former Lynden artist-in-residence—leads monthly birding walks on the second Sunday of each month at Lynden's 40-acre sculpture garden. The focus is on the life histories of wild birds: why they're here, what they're doing, and what their presence tells you about the habitat. No prior birding experience required; dress for the weather and be ready to walk varied terrain. Binoculars and field guides welcome but not essential.
