A coordinator from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program will provide Veterans with information on resources—such as housing assistance; medical and psychiatric inpatient and outpatient treatment programs; community-based residential programs; and social services.
