These open-ended prompts encourage the participants’ senses to open and experience the environment in a way that supports their well-being and the well-being of the forest around them. Forest Therapy provides a pathway for people to immerse themselves in nature to rest and relax, all while deepening connections. We will end each walk with reflection, gratitude, and a custom-blended tea brewed with local plants.
