Deepen your relationship with the natural world during a guided Forest Bathing Walk near the Lake Michigan shoreline. Forest Therapy provides a pathway for people to immerse themselves in nature to rest and relax, all while deepening connections. We will end each walk with reflection, gratitude, and a custom-blended tea brewed with local plants.
