In the second event of Bryant's series commemorating the 10th anniversary of A Proper Drink: The Untold Story of How a Band of Bartenders Saved the Civilized Drinking World, join cocktail historians David Wondrich and Robert Simonson for an evening of conversation about modern cocktail history, focused on Wondrich's book, The Comic Book History of the Cocktail: Five Centuries of Mixing Drinks and Carrying on. Tickets are $35 and include admission for one and one cocktail. More cocktails available for purchase. Boswell will be on hand with copies of Wondrich and Simonson's books available for purchase, and the authors will sign books.
