Join us for an intimate evening celebrating the bold flavors of premium bourbon and brisket. We’re kicking things off with a "Golden Hour" welcome cocktail featuring Basil Hayden Old Grand-Dad, followed by a curated three-course pairing. Highlights include our signature 8oz burnt ends tossed in house-made Gochujang sauce and a final course of creamy strawberry cheesecake. Each dish is perfectly paired with a 1oz pour of rare selections like Basil Hayden Golden Rye and Baker’s High Rye. Price: $65 per person | Time: Thursday, April 30th, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
