Smoke Free Home, known for their high-energy shows and raw lyrics, will be a highlight, bringing their DIY mentality and punk sensibilities to the stage.
Held at Falcon Hall, this all-ages event is perfect for anyone looking to dive into the local punk scene. Doors open at 7 PM, so arrive early to snag a good spot. Whether you're a long-time punk fan or new to the genre, this battle promises to deliver an unforgettable experience.
From the organizer
Combining loud, distorted bass riffs, driving punk beats, and raw, witty lyrics, Smoke Free Home slaps audiences with a sweaty, high-energy show unlike any other. Formed in 2021, the dance-punk trio (vocalist Jesse Tubeszewski, bassist Kevin Sonnleitner and drummer Alex Lautenschlager) jumped out of quarantine into the Oshkosh bar scene with their debut self-titled EP already recorded. Since, they've quickly made a name for themselves in the bars and basements of Wisconsin. 2023 saw the release of the band's fourth and latest release "Bad News," available on CD and vinyl, featuring the biting and dangerously catchy crowd-favorite single "Bootstraps." This year's jumpy single "Frog Legs" sets the tone for the group's bright, loud future. Wherever you may catch 'em, Smoke Free Home brings with them energy, volume, their stubborn DIY mentality and a respect for true punk sensibilities
